Why do I never listen to this show - especially since I love 73
I once remember thinking this was the bees knees

Did I listen too many times or is this in the most over rated camp?

I always thought that spring 73 never really got fired up until March. The Energy and novelty of those shows is great, probably amazing to have been there. But at the end of the day 73 sort of climbs slowly upward from spring until summer, each real good show eclipsing the last.

I think that initially it was an attractive one to trade for due to the "First time" played, but the initial cassettes in circulation were sub par especially the majority of the first six songs. Before you knew it, the November shows were on the scene:)

Perhaps you heard 2-15-73 and forgot all about 2-9?

2-15-73 is miles ahead of 2-9. They were still shaking off the rust that night. Still a good show, just not in the top tier of '73 imho.
